Coating Services

Powder Coating
We are able to process items large and small in our facility. Our oven internal size is 8ft high by 8ft wide by 24 ft long and will accommodate most large items. We are able to achieve short turn around times and change colors as needed.

Ceramic Coating
A coating made of a nonmetallic mineral, applied to metals to provide heat or abrasive-wear protection. A great way to give you vehicle exhaust system a clean new look.

Phenolic Coating
This coating offers consistent high quality protection for a wide range of applications including immersion service for most acids, solvents, and salts. Phenolic coatings are also resistant to hydrochloric acid, phenol, anhydrous chlorobenzene, carbon tetrachloride, and many other chemicals preventing corrosion.

Sandblasting
Industrial abrasive blast using aluminum oxide, coal utility, and jet-mag abrasives. Other abrasives are available when specifications require. Cabinet blasting of small parts using aluminum oxide, refractured glass, or other abrasives as required.

Wet Paint
Conventional spray painting of polyurethanes, epoxies, enamels, acrylic urethanes, universal shop primers, and inorganic zinc is available.

Pick up and Delivery
Precision Powder Coating, Inc. provides pick up and delivery services within a 50 mile radius for a reasonable charge.
